S Korea 2006 Average Daily Forex Trading $30.2 Billion, Up 35% (Nasdaq)
SEOUL -(Dow Jones)- Average daily currency trading in South Korea rose 35% to $30.2 billion in 2006, largely because of increased trades of non-deliverable forwards and an active currency derivatives market, the Bank of Korea said Tuesday.
